About Billy Wynne, J.D.

Billy Wynne is Managing Director of the Alliance and CEO of the Wynne Health Group, a consulting and advocacy firm serving Fortune 500 companies, marquee health systems and providers, life sciences manufacturers, health plans, foundations, and investment firms.

Before launching his consulting career, Billy served as Health Policy Counsel to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, where he authored several provisions of Medicare law and key components of the Affordable Care Act. He has published dozens of pieces with Health Affairs and other platforms and is a frequent commentator on cable news and in health policy publications.

Billy received a bachelor’s degree in Government from Dartmouth College and a law degree from the University of Virginia. He serves on the boards of Operation Smile, Chinese Children Adoption International, and 9Health Services.
